Extracting page text into Markdown
The output contains a filename heading, a heading for each page and the text that the PDF library can extract.
Output behavior and limits
There is no OCR, table reconstruction or preservation of image layout. A scan with no text layer is marked as having no extractable text.
Try a page with two columns and inspect reading order. Correct headings and tables manually before publishing the Markdown as an article.
