About HSQ Tools

Independent free toolkit
No account required

HSQ Tools is a free website for everyday file jobs: convert images, compress or resize photos, turn PDFs into Word documents, merge PDFs, and use small text or developer helpers. You do not create an account. There is no watermark for ordinary use.

What you can do here

Start with a specific task rather than a brand search. Common jobs are Image Converter, image compression, and PDF to Word. Browse categories from Image Tools and PDF Tools.

How files are handled

Server image conversion and PDF processing upload the file to our processing server, create a temporary result, and request deletion when you clear results or leave. Cleanup can be interrupted by connection failures. Text, JSON, and similar helpers run in your browser, so that input stays on your device. Crop, image editing and background removal also process locally. We do not keep a library of your files. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Profiles

HSQ Tools is made by HSQ Solutions. Follow company updates on the profiles below. Those profiles are ours. They are not independent reviews of this website.

Why we maintain these tools

HSQ Solutions develops and maintains HSQ Tools for everyday tasks that should not require opening an account. People need to convert PNG to JPG for a form, compress a PDF for email, merge attachments, or format JSON before an API call. We combine file processing with smaller browser utilities and explain tradeoffs—transparency loss, palette limits, layout shifts—so you can inspect the download before you replace an original.

Content quality matters to us as much as the converters. Tool pages include operation-specific guidance, guides cover format decisions, and the homepage explains workflows in plain language. That approach helps real users and supports a trustworthy free toolkit—not thin doorway pages that only repeat a keyword.

Review and testing

Reviews check visible guidance against implementation. Local checks include TypeScript, lint, production output, shared utility examples, and synthetic server conversions. Those checks do not cover every document layout, browser, or damaged file. Reviewed tools show a review date; other utilities remain available while awaiting further editorial review.

Report a problem through the tool feedback control or visit Contact for company profiles and reporting guidance. Use nonconfidential examples when describing a failure.
