Making CSS blocks readable

CSS is indented around braces and declaration separators while the scanner tracks quotes, comments and parentheses.

Output behavior and limits

The formatter does not validate selectors, browser support or the cascade. It is not a compiler for Sass or other CSS extensions.

Try .card{color:red;padding:1rem;} and compare declarations in the result. Test the stylesheet in its actual page before replacing production CSS.
